Paper Submission

Submission

All the submission of papers will be through EasyChair Conference Management System. Steps should be followed as:

  1. Sign in or create a new account on EasyChair  using your email.
  2. Create “New Submission” by providing Paper Title, Abstract, and Author information. Add the Full paperin the upload section.
  3. Select “Submit”.

After completion of the paper upload process in the EasyChair, you will have a paper ID. With the paper ID:

  1. Track your paper
  2. Pay your registration fee
  3. Inform conference organizer about necessary queries

The full paper will be peer-reviewed before its final acceptance. All accepted papers (full) will be presented in the technical sessions (oral presentation). The manuscript not prepared as per guidelines (Template) will not be considered for review.

Paper Submission Guideline

  • All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
  • Paper Template:All papers must be submitted according to the prescribed template available on the conference
  • Page limit:All manuscripts should be less than 6 pages including results, tables, figures, and references.
  • Plagiarism policy: The submitted paper will go through a plagiarism check and the similarity index would be less than 20%.
